I'm a queer and agender AuDHD social worker working in private practice in the states of Maryland + Massachusetts.
After spending years working in special education, I began a career in social work and now specialize in supporting neurodiverse couples, families, and individuals through a neurodiversity-affirming lens.
My clinical work focuses on Autistics and ADHDers – especially those who are considered “high-masking”, “gifted”, or “twice-exceptional” – and the intersection of LGBTQIA+ identities and neurodivergence.
In addition to providing individual, group, couples, and family therapy, I offer case consultation and supervision, as well as professional training.
Becca obtained their Bachelors in Family Science from the University of Maryland in College Park, where they also studied public health and its impact on individuals, families, and communities.
They recognize the ways in which systemic oppression and intergenerational trauma alter biology. Becca earned their Masters of Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore.
Post-graduate training includes Internal Family Systems, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Psychodrama, Motivational Interviewing, and advanced trauma training through the Bodywise Institute and the Ferentz Institute. Becca also offers professional training and consultation. They have presented company-wide trainings on topics including Therapy with Neurodiverse Couples and Navigating Suicidality in Clinical Practice.

Many Autistic and ADHDers take a nontraditional trajectory to certain neuronormative milestones.
Supporting your gender diverse autistic friend or family member is usually easier than it sounds.
